| Gefechtsbericht A: | MTB 18 wollte durch Rammung ein M-Boot versenken und verlor dabei den Bug. "Three boats from the 1st MTB Flottille, led by Lt. Mannooch (18), with Lt. Gould (16) and Lt. Hamilton-Hill (14) in the other boats, were patrolling with destroyers off the Dutch coast when what was thought to be a group of E-boats was sighted. Lt. Mannoch attempted to ram the nearest ship, only realising at the last moment that his boat was taking on a motor minesweeper. His MTB was damaged in the bows seriously enough to require being taking in tow. Lt Gould's boat then took over the attack on the minesweeper, sustaining damage in turn. As Lt Hamilton-Hill took in his stern torpedo-firing outriggers, prepatory to taking Mannoch's boat in tow, six armed trawlers steamed by. With one MTB with het bows stove in, the second with no launching gear at the ready, and the third unable to increase speed sufficiently to launch with safety, a glorious opportunity was lost."[4] |

| Gefechtsbericht B: | In der Frühe kurzes Gefecht zwischen Booten der 32. M-Fltl. und 2 Feindbooten vor der Maas-Mündung [2] - Boot 10 gehört zu 32. MS-Flottille. Es war der ehemalige dän. Fischkutter FN 43/ M.P. Mortensen. Boot um 03u37 gerammt. Beschädigungen: Backbordverschanzung und Ruderhaus zur Hälfte weggerissen, keine Leckage. Boot 10 wurde von Boot 8 geschleppt und konnte dann mit eigner Kraft unter Sicherung durch Boot 8 und 3 in Vlissingen einlaufen [3]. |
