| Gefechtsbericht A: | Angriff auf einen Verband von Trawlers und TLC mit Torpedos und Artillerie. Angeblich 1 Trawler beschädigt [1]. - 19-20/7/44. MTB 685, MTB 687, MTB 729 and MTB 683 and the Norwegian MTB 709 and MTB 722 attack a German Convoy of trawlers and TLCs. Both sides suffer light casualties. MTB 687 is damaged [2] -> At 0144 to-day six M.T.Bs. on patrol off Terschelling engaged an Enemy Patrol of 3 Trawlers and two T.L.C Ill's which retired inshore. Two of the Trawlers were hit by gunfire, and M.T.B. 687 was damaged and had one officer and one rating killed and one officer and one rating wounded.[ |
