Footnote : U-59 fired a 2-torpedo spread on a big freighter type "Doric Star". So it is unlikely that "Har Zion" had been the target. - Convoy OB.205 had been dispersed on August 30th, "Bibury" was missing thereafter. "Joint Arbitration Comité" considered loss on Sep.2nd. As the body of a crewmember was washed ashore at Tobermory (Mull Is., U.K.), it seems probable that "Bibury" (en route to Buenos Aires) was sunk short after dispersion of convoy, and did not proceed for 3 more days without any signal.
