RAF, Royal Air Force Coastal Command and Fortress aircraft from No. 206 Sqdn. RAF, Royal Air Force Coastal Command and No. 220 Sqdn. RAF, Royal Air Force Coastal Command and Avenger aircraft from VC-95 Sqdn. USN operating from the US escort carrier USS Bogue CVE 9, 16 crew members killed. American war captivity in POW Camp.
